At the International Conference, held by the trade magazine "RFID im Blick" on March 8th, 2012, at CeBIT in Hanover, Psion will give insights into the convergence of different identification technologies in logistics. The company's approach is to make barcode-, RFID-, or voice-based solutions easier to combine. Modular handhelds allow flexible change in the use of different technologies. "The International Conference by 'RFID im Blick' is dedicated to the exchange of knowledge between vendors and users. We discovered through our innovation strategy, Open Source Mobility, and the online community, ingenuityworking.com, that an intensive dialogue between partners and all of those involved can be greatly used. Whoever is willing to share his expertise with like-minded partners, customers and developers will, sooner or later, gain more than he has invested," said Jürgen Heim, managing director of Psion GmbH.

This cooperation is accomplished through the online community www.ingenuityworking.com.

International Conference "RFID im Blick" 2012

The topics aviation, industrial automation, logistics and transportation, and personal identification are in our conference program, all of which are in vogue topics. In vogue means that solutions have been successfully implemented, and therefore the interest in the optimization processes in these industries is huge. However, these market segments are by far lacking saturation. The possibilities for process optimization and the integration of technology are enormous. The need for information is equally as huge. It is important to inform decision makers.
