With network capable AIDC solutions, Leuze electronic will be present at CeMAT 2014 in hall 13, booth F20. The series of modular barcode readers BCL 300i was expanded with another Ethernet based device variant with integrated Ethernet/IP interface. The BCL 358i can thus be integrated into the Ethernet/IP network and parameterized via hardware configuration. Additionally, the integrated switch can be used to establish a line structure network.

Leuze also presents BPS 300i barcode positioning systems with 50 to 170 millimeters working area. Thus, the devices are very tolerant towards mechanical movements which generally occur in typical intralogistic and automotive applications, such as storage and retrieval systems, electric overhead tracks, portal cranes, or thruster platforms.

Even at high traverse speeds up to 10 m/s, the reproducable accuracy is +/-0.15 millimeters. BPS 300i devices have an integrated Profinet interface, further interfaces, such as Profibus and SSI will follow.
