Feig Electronic is partner of the ticketing and vending machine industry

Offering eTicketing solutions as well as comfortable and secure contactless payment are, in particular in the public transport sector, key applications when improving the customer service. An important interface to the customer are vending machines and terminals. Having RFID-systems integrated, ticket machines and validators provide the passengers a better service. Vending- and ticketing solutions are one of the Weilburg technology company's areas of expertise that, once again, will be sponsor of the RFID tomorrow in 2015.

“Feig Electronic readers are certified and have all legal approvals to be deployed in various applications. “With the cVEND product family, we offer an OEM-plattform for open and closed payment systems. Due to the integrated Linux controller, customers can either install closed loop or open loop payment applications at the device”, explains Andreas Löw, Marketing Manager at Feig Electronic.

Validator demonstrated live at the SpeedLab

In both each 30-minutes taking SpeedLabs at the booth of Feig Electronic, participants can convince themselves, how fast and easy a so-called “check-in/check-out system” using cVEND works. Andreas Löw announces: “The validator shown by us in the SpeedLab will be available to be tried out by the participants at the RFID tomorrow.”

Vending & ticketing are a very innovative but by far not the only application field for which Feig Electronic offers RFID-solutions in his portfolio. For many years, Feig Electronic RFID-readers have been employed in the industrial automation, logistical applications, for access and entry solutions in libraries, healthcare business, and leisure venues.
